ArciFab Shop — build the work

You’re still running your shop on someone else's rules.

Most fabrication software forces you to change how you work.
ArciFab is built the other way around — a dedicated system configured to your processes, your data, and how your team actually delivers.

No shared platform. No per-user tax. No more pretending the software fits when it doesn’t.

You’re done with:

Software that makes the shop adapt to it

Shared systems and data you don’t control

Implementation that ends with a login and a prayer

Support that has never stood on a fab floor

Watching your costs climb while the system still doesn’t fit

You’re ready for:

A platform built around how your shop runs

True ownership of your data and environment

Real implementation — people who walk the floor with you

Predictable cost with no seat tax

A cut list the bay can work from without a phone call

Most systems put every shop in the same shared space.
At ArciFab, you get your own.

We built this because most platforms don’t fully fit how fabrication shops operate. You get a dedicated instance — fully branded to your company, configured to your release, your bays and the way a package actually leaves the floor, with your data kept separate and secure.

Don’t change how you work just to use the software.
Let us build a system around how you already run production.

Why Choose ArciFab?

THE FLOOR

One system built around how your shop actually runs.

Configured to your release, your bays and your hold points. Refined through the operational experience only a fab shop manager has.

Fabrication shop wide view

Material Tracking

Heat numbers, allocation and the drop off a nest tracked back to the job — what is on the rack, not what was ordered. Built for how a shop moves material, not a generic warehouse model.

Production Sequencing

Sequencing that follows the bay, the crate date and what the field is actually ready to hang — not a queue sorted by whatever got released first.

QA / QC Documentation

Hold points, weld maps and welder sign-offs recorded as the work happens, in the order your QC already inspects — not rebuilt off a traveler on a Friday.

Shop-to-Field Handoff

Every spool, hanger and crate carries its status from the bay to the truck, so the foreman is not calling the shop to ask which piece is where.

OPERATIONAL INDEPENDENCE

Your Brand.
Your Data.
Your System.

Your name on it

A system built for your shop — fully branded to your company with your own dedicated setup.

No Per-User Subscriptions

A fully upgradeable system you customize — without the rising seat tax.

White-Glove Support

Implementation, training, and ongoing support from people who understand the floor.

Data Protection Built In

Protecting sensitive project data has become essential — especially for contractors working on chip plants, data centers, and mission-critical facilities.

Your Own Isolated Environment

Each shop operates in its own dedicated space. Your data doesn’t share databases with any other contractor.

Controlled Access with SSO

Secure single sign-on and strict access protocols ensure only authorized users can reach your system.

Secure API Connections

Integrations happen through protected APIs so you can connect tools without opening your environment to risk.

PROVEN & REPEATABLE

We learn your shop before a single line of code is configured.

1

Initial Evaluation

We sit down and hear how the work actually moves — not a feature tour.

2

Deep Dive

We document how you already bid, price, and build, from the first job you chase to the last piece that ships.

3

Roadmap & Proposal

A plan for this operation. Not a generic implementation deck.

4

Implementation

Your instance. Your name. Your data in it.

5

Go-Live

We stand it up with the people who will use it.

6

Ongoing Support

Hosting and development. We keep the unit running. You keep the work.

Built under the Arcify corporate umbrella.

Shop is the piece that ships. Bid is how the job was won. Same instance.

Shop is live today. Bid arrives Q4 2026, into the same instance.

Institutional backing with contractor-first values. ArciFab operates as part of the Arcify family — giving you access to deeper BIM structure and coordination capabilities.

YOUR TRADE

The same system. Four different sets of problems.

A shop does not run on a generic process. Configuration starts from what your trade actually tracks, and these are the parts that never fit an off-the-shelf tool.

Mechanical

Spools, hangers and the rack.

Spool sheets released by area, hangers that have to be on the same truck as the rack, and a weld map that has to match what the welder actually ran. Miss the hangers and the rack is a delivery the field has to finish for you.

Sheet metal

Yield off the coil.

Gauge, seam type and what came off the coil against what got nested. The job is won or lost on the drop, and a duct run that ships without its fittings is a return trip nobody priced.

Electrical

Kitting, not counting.

Conduit runs, gear, and prefab assemblies kitted by area so the crew opens one box per pull. Track it as loose material and somebody spends the morning on site sorting it into the kit that should have left the shop.

Oil & Gas

The paper is the product.

Heat numbers, weld procedures, NDE and hydrotest packs that have to travel with the spool. A re-cut costs the alloy and the traceability twice, because the replacement piece needs its own record before it can ship.

THE FLOOR

What Monday actually looks like.

The bench has revision 3.

The truck left with revision 2. Nobody was wrong; the drawing moved and the package did not move with it.

The traveler walked off.

The bay is waiting on a piece nobody can name. Somebody goes looking, and the welder stands there while they look.

QC is a signature after the fact.

The hold point gets signed once it is already in the crate. The record says inspected. The inspection happened around the paperwork.

The drop goes in the yard.

What came off the nest never gets tracked back to the BOM, so the next job buys material that is already on the rack.
