Fabrication software for mechanical contractors, owned by the contractor.

Pipe, duct, plumbing and the field crews on one system, set up around how your shop delivers. Your name on the login, your shop alone on the database, and no per-seat invoice.

MONDAY MORNING

Before the system.

Three trades, three systems, one spreadsheet.

The pipe shop is on one tool, the duct shop on another, and the field runs on texts. The PM rebuilds the picture every Monday.

The fitter is working from revision 3.

The truck left with revision 2. The drawing changed and the package on the floor did not change with it. That is a re-cut, and the hours come out of the job.

The renewal came in higher again.

Every seat, every year, and the change the shop asked for is still on their list.

We’ve had these Mondays. ARCIFAB is what we made so we’d stop having them.

WHAT IT TRACKS

What a mechanical contractor gets on one system

Pipe spools

Heat numbers, weld logs and hold points on every spool. Pipe spool tracking →

Duct

Lbs per hour by gauge and pressure class, yield that counts the drop. Sheet metal fabrication →

Plumbing

Spools and rough-in assemblies, tested before they ship.

If you run electrical too

Racks, skids and assemblies as their own projects. Electrical prefab →

The field

Receive the truck, mark it installed and finish field QA from a tablet, online or not.

Throughputs from your floor

Price the next bid off your own hours or your trade association’s labor units. The system handles both.

Safety in the work order

JSAs, toolbox talks, certifications and the OSHA 300A, finished when the work is.

Revs that reach the floor

When the drawing changes, the package on the floor changes with it, before it turns into a re-cut.

Every shop, one screen

Move a job between shops without losing a spool.

Your logo and your colors on every screen, your statuses and your package names. See the screens your shop runs on →

HOW IT RUNS

Delivered in 90 days, perfected over 21 months

01

Evaluate

Days 1 to 30. We walk your floor and document how your shop runs today, from the estimate to the last spool out the door.

02

Build

Days 31 to 60. We set up the system around that plan, put your name on it and load your data.

03

Deliver

Days 61 to 90. On site to train the people who will use it and go live.

04

Perfect

Months 4 to 24. An hour of training every month, changes as the shop needs them, hosted and kept running.

YOUR OWN SYSTEM

Your name on the login. Yours after 90 days.

We walk your floor, set the system up around how you deliver, and put your name on it. You pay once to have it made, then a yearly rate to host it and keep it running, which changes only with data capacity. Add a fitter or a foreman and the price stays put. Add a trade later and we scope it on its own. Five years on, the system and every job in it are still yours.

QUESTIONS SHOPS ASK

Before the demo.

What does owning it cost?

You pay once to have it made, then a yearly rate to host it and keep it running, which changes only with data capacity. There is no per-seat charge, so adding a fitter or a foreman does not change the price. Add a trade or a product later and we scope it on its own. Financing is available from $0 down. The five-year math is on the Why page.

We run more than one shop. Is that one system?

Yes. Every shop you run shows on one screen, and a job can move between them without losing a spool.

Do we need an IT department?

We host the system, keep it running, keep it current and train your people. Two days on site at launch, an hour of training every month for new hires, and two years of development and maintenance with every system.

Where does our data live?

In its own dedicated system. Your data does not share a database with any other contractor, access is through single sign-on, and other tools connect through a protected API.

Do you work on data centers, government and infrastructure jobs?

Yes. We work with some of the largest project owners in the world. Every spool, fitting and rack ships in install sequence, test reports and certs stay with the work for the owner’s turnover, and your data lives in its own system.

NEXT STEP

Bring a job.

We will take one of your jobs through the system, from the drawing to the hanger, and show you what it looks like with your name on it.
