Sheet metal fabrication software that runs on lbs per hour.

Lbs per hour by gauge and pressure class, yield that counts the drop, coil-line and table work routed by part mix, and every duct run shipped with its fittings, liner and dampers. In a system your shop owns.

MONDAY MORNING

Before the system.

The fitting-heavy package queued behind the coil line.

The schedule saw tonnage, not what kind of work. The plasma table got reprogrammed, the crew re-sequenced the day, and the AHU room ship date held because people stayed late.

Nesting yield said 90. The scrap bin said 75.

The nest was clean. The remnants went to the bin instead of back to inventory, and nobody tracked the difference.

The run shipped without its damper.

Complete in the system, missing on the truck. The field found out at the hanger.

We’ve had these Mondays. ARCIFAB is what we made so we’d stop having them.

WHAT IT TRACKS

What you see on every fitting

Lbs per hour that means something

By gauge, pressure class and work type, so the coil line and the fab table each get a real number.

Two yields, not one

Nesting yield and what’s left on the skeleton, tracked apart, so the drop either gets used or gets counted.

Coil versus sheet by part mix

Straight run goes to the coil line. Fitting-heavy work goes to the table. The routing follows the parts, not the tonnage.

Pressure class on the traveler

SMACNA pressure class and seal class travel with the part, so the crew knows which joints get sealed before it ships.

Accessories as line items

Liner, dampers, flex connections and hangers tracked on their own, so a run is not complete until they are.

Loads in install order

Staged by which piece goes up first, built from what is genuinely complete.

Fitting tickets from the detailer

CAMduct and CADmep jobs come in as the fitting tickets the floor runs from. Nobody re-types a fitting.

Plasma table and coil line

Cut programs go out to the machine, and what it actually ran comes back on the fitting.

Submittals and closeout

Submittals and closeout records stay with the job as the work is done, ready when it closes out.

HOW IT RUNS

One line, from the blank to the hanger

01

Cut the blank

Plasma, laser or coil line, with the nest and the drop recorded.

02

Form, seam, line

Beading, seaming, lockforming and liner tracked as the piece moves.

03

Accessories & QC

Dampers, flex and hangers attached to the run before it can stage.

04

Stage, ship, install

Loaded in the order the field installs, received and marked installed on site.

YOUR OWN SYSTEM

Your name on the login. Yours after 90 days.

We walk your floor, set the system up around how you deliver, and put your name on it. You pay once to have it made, then a yearly rate to host it and keep it running, which changes only with data capacity. Add a sheet metal worker and the price stays put. Add a trade later and we scope it on its own. Five years on, the system and every job in it are still yours.

QUESTIONS SHOPS ASK

Before the demo.

Does it connect to the coil line and the plasma table?

Yes. Cut programs go out to the plasma table and the coil line, and what the machine actually ran comes back on the fitting, so programmed cycle time and real machine time stop being the same number.

Does it handle SMACNA pressure class?

Pressure class and seal class ride on the traveler from the cut sheet to the install, so the shop and the field both see which joints need sealing and which gauge the piece was made from.

We fabricate more than duct. Is that one system?

Yes. Duct runs on its own numbers: lbs per hour, yield and pressure class. Anything else you fabricate runs beside it in the same system, with the field module for the install crews.

Does it take CAMduct and CADmep?

Yes. Fitting tickets come in from the detailer’s files, so nobody re-types a fitting.

How long until the shop is on it?

Ninety days, in three 30-day steps, with two visits to your shop. The next 21 months go into making it fit your floor.
