Fire sprinkler fabrication software, bundled by floor and zone.

Mains, branch lines and drops cut straight from the sprinkler drawings, cut-and-groove or threaded. Every bundle tagged for its floor and zone, every hydro and inspection record ready for the AHJ. Your own system, with your name on it.

MONDAY MORNING

Before the system.

The bundle went to the wrong floor.

Branch lines for zone 2 were bundled with zone 3. The crew opened them on the wrong floor and lost the morning sorting pipe.

The mains were grooved to the old drawing.

The head layout moved on Friday. The cut list at the saw did not.

The fire marshal asked for the hydro record.

It was in a foreman’s truck. Final inspection waited while somebody drove it back.

We’ve had these Mondays. ARCIFAB is what we made so we’d stop having them.

WHAT IT TRACKS

What you see on every bundle

Cut lists from the drawings

Mains, branch lines and drops come in as the cut list the saw runs from. Nobody re-types a length.

Cut-and-groove or threaded

Every piece carries its end prep, so the groover and the threader know their work before the stick is cut.

Bundles by floor and zone

Pieces are tagged and bundled for the floor and zone they hang in, so the right bundle goes up the right floor.

Hangers and seismic bracing

Hangers and bracing ship with the bundle they hold, counted against the drawing.

Revs that reach the saw

When the drawing revs, the cut list at the saw revs with it, before the next stick is cut.

Hydro and AHJ records

Hydro results and inspection sign-offs stay with the zone, ready when the fire marshal walks it.

HOW IT RUNS

One flow, from the drawing to the hydro

01

Drawings

The sprinkler drawings become the cut list, by floor and zone.

02

Cut, groove, thread

Every piece cut and prepped to its drawing, tracked at the saw.

03

Tag and bundle

Bundles tagged for floor and zone, with their hangers and bracing.

04

Ship, hang, test

Received on site, hung by zone, hydro and inspection logged from a tablet.

YOUR OWN SYSTEM

Your name on the login. Yours after 90 days.

We walk your floor, set the system up around how you deliver, and put your name on it. You pay once to have it made, then a yearly rate to host it and keep it running, which changes only with data capacity. Add a fitter and the price stays put. Add a trade later and we scope it on its own. Five years on, the system and every job in it are still yours.

QUESTIONS SPRINKLER SHOPS ASK

Before the demo.

We run cut-and-groove and threaded. Does it handle both?

Yes. Every piece carries its own end prep, and the cut list sorts the work for the groover and the threader.

Can the field find the right bundle?

Yes. Every bundle is tagged for its floor and zone. The field foreman receives the truck against the shipping list and marks each zone hung from a tablet, even with no signal.

Where do the hydro and inspection records live?

With the zone. Hydro results and inspection sign-offs are logged as the work is done, so the package for the AHJ is ready when the system is.

How long until the shop is on it?

Ninety days, in three 30-day steps, with two visits to your shop. The next 21 months go into making it fit your floor.
