Electrical prefab tracking software, so the rack is first to the pad.

Conduit racks, skids and gear assemblies tracked as their own fabrication projects. BOMs by circuit, panel and room. Wire pulls that match the cut list, and terminations checked the way a weld is. Your own system, with your name on it.

MONDAY MORNING

Before the system.

The rack is a line item on someone else’s traveler.

The tracking system was made for spools and duct. Electrical got a job number and a due date.

The wire run came up short.

The fish tape was already through when somebody checked the cut list against what had been pulled.

Last to the pad again.

Conduit is the one system that can move around everything else, and it was still in the shop when mechanical shipped.

WHAT IT TRACKS

What the system tracks on an electrical prefab floor

Conduit fab by type

EMT, IMC and RMC bends, offsets and rack builds tracked as the different jobs they are.

Racks, skids and gear as projects

A prefab assembly gets its own BOM, its own status and its own QC, not a line on a duct traveler.

BOM by circuit, panel and room

The bill of materials works the way the electrician thinks, not as one flat parts list.

Wire and cable pulls

Pull readiness against the cut list, so a short run shows up before the fish tape goes through.

Labeling and termination QC

A termination gets checked with the same discipline as a weld, because a mislabeled circuit costs the same once it is behind a wall.

Loads in install sequence

Racks staged in the order the field needs them, built from what is complete and labeled.

HOW IT RUNS

One flow, from the cut list to the pad

01

Cut list

From the coordinated model and the drawings, by circuit and panel.

02

Bend & rack

Conduit bent and racked with the assembly tracked as its own project.

03

Label, terminate, QC

Every termination and label checked before the rack can stage.

04

Stage, ship, install

First to the pad, received on site and marked installed from a tablet.

YOUR OWN SYSTEM

Your name on the login. Yours after 90 days.

We walk your floor, set the system up around how you deliver, and put your name on it. One invoice for the build, then a low yearly rate for hosting and maintenance that does not climb. No per-seat charge, and after five years the system and its history still belong to the shop.

QUESTIONS SHOPS ASK

Before the demo.

We mostly do mechanical. Can electrical run in the same system?

Yes. ARCIFAB is multi-trade: pipe, duct, conduit, plumbing and structural work in one system, each tracked on its own logic, with one field module for all the install crews.

Does it tie to the coordinated model?

It takes the model and the drawings as they are. The coordination output becomes the cut list the shop fabricates and tracks from, so the money spent in the coordination meeting shows up on the pad.

Can the field receive and install from a tablet?

Yes. The field foreman receives the truck against the shipping list, marks each rack installed, finishes field QA on the spot, and keeps working when the site has no signal.

How long until the shop is on it?

Ninety days, in three 30-day steps, with two visits to your shop. The next 21 months go into perfecting it for your operation.

NEXT STEP

Bring a pull sheet.

Bring a pull sheet, a conduit rack or a prefab assembly. We will show you what the system looks like set up around how your shop stages electrical.
