How Lite gets stood up

Evaluate the estimate.
Then stand up the room.

We learn how you already take off a job before a single assembly gets configured.

PROVEN & REPEATABLE

The same six steps, every room.

Lite runs the identical firm motion. Nothing gets abbreviated because the room is smaller.

1

Initial Evaluation

We sit down and hear how the work actually moves — not a feature tour.

2

Deep Dive

We document how you already bid, price, and build, from the first job you chase to the last piece that ships.

3

Roadmap & Proposal

A plan for this operation. Not a generic implementation deck.

4

Implementation

Your instance. Your name. Your data in it.

5

Go-Live

We stand it up with the people who will use it.

6

Ongoing Support

Hosting and development. We keep the unit running. You keep the work.

WHAT WE LOOK AT FIRST

How you already price work.

Drawing set open on screen beside printed sheets and handwritten notes

Where the takeoff actually lives.

The PDF, the spreadsheet, or one person’s head. What is actually in that sheet, who maintains it, and which parts of it are load-bearing — that logic is the starting point, not something to throw away. We ask for the working copy with last year’s waste factors still in it, not the clean one.

Cutting head working a flat sheet on a slat table

How labor units and material get built.

Assemblies, waste factors, and who owns the number. How your people build it — the factors, the units, the shortcuts that are right because of what you know about this trade. We want to see where burden goes on and whether the labor unit on a four-inch weld is still the one you were using two revisions ago.

Worker handling a large rolled section in a fabrication shop

What the field gets.

A BOM, or a total that implies one. How the set turns into a count today, who checks it, and where the afternoon goes. If the honest answer is a highlighter and a re-key into the RFQ, that is the step Lite is built to take.

THE PATH

Same order, every operation.

M&D

The room comes after the takeoff. Not before it.

WHAT YOU END UP WITH

A dedicated instance, running your way.

Your own environment

Not a tenant in a shared platform. Your data stays yours and stays separate.

White-labeled as yours

Your estimator opens your system. The proposal that goes out carries your name, not ours.

We keep it running

In-house IT you do not have to train. You keep pricing and winning work.

DAY ONE

What we will not do on day one.

No feature tour before we have seen a real takeoff.

No price before we understand how you build a number.

No forcing your assemblies into a shared catalog.

No second brand on the login screen.

It starts with the evaluation.

We look at how you already price work before anything gets configured.
