ArciFab Shop — How it works
Every screen here was designed by people who have run shops like yours.
This is your dedicated system, not a seat in somebody else’s.
This is the floor, not a tour of buttons. Every screen below is one somebody opens on a normal Tuesday — the manager at seven, the foreman when a package is late, QC before it crates. It is a dedicated instance, so what you are looking at is your statuses, your package names and your release, not a demo set somebody built to show well.
01
Which package is late, which truck is loading, and what is sitting in each bay waiting on something. Those are the three answers the day starts with, and most shops get them by walking out and asking. Here they are on one screen before anybody leaves the office.
02
Two shops, three shops, a satellite that only builds hangers. The same statuses, the same package names, the same release rules on every floor, out of one dedicated instance. A job that moves between them keeps its history, and nobody spends Monday reconciling two versions of where the work actually is.
03
Cut sheets with the annotations on them, the revision stamp, and who changed it and when. When the bench is holding revision 3 and the truck went out with revision 2, this is the record that says which one moved and at what hour. Nothing falls in the gap between detailing, the floor and the field.
04
Labor booked against the actual piece — the spool, the rack, the package — rather than a bucket somebody invented at implementation. That is the difference between knowing a job ran long and knowing which bay it ran long in, and it is what makes the number worth anything the next time you price the same work.
05
What is on the rack and what heat number it carries, what came back off the nest, and which job the drop belongs to. Material already in the building stops getting bought a second time, and the traceability a turnover package needs is captured while the work happens rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Plus Much More!
Every screen above is the same instance. Nobody keeps a side spreadsheet because the system does not cover their part of the job, and nobody hunts for which login has the answer.
